GENERAL TERMS

• The organizers have no guarantee/ commitment upon sales. 
• Billing cash/card is the exhibitionist’s responsibility. Organizers are not liable for transactions.
• Organizers are not liable for maintaining, safe-guarding the goods of the exhibitionist.
• Any theft loss or damage of goods is not the responsibility of organizers.
• Each exhibitionist will be provided with a shell structure. Additional requirements will be chargeable on actuals. Last minute requests will not be catered to.
• Stall sizes are measured to scale but might vary slightly due to basic human errors.
• No branding will be permitted beyond the boundaries of the stalls unless agreed upon earlier by management.
• Travel, accommodation and F&B will not be provided by the organizer. Although arrangements of subsidized room rates can be made upon request.
• Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from asking/ requesting or forcing any of the associated celebrities to inaugurate or endorse their stalls/labels/ products at the venue.

MONETARY TERMS

• The exhibitors must pay the organizers as per the category of stall selected by them. 
• An advance of 50% must be deposited on registration (In case of multi city too).
• Pending 50% due amount must be deposited in the week of event. (In case of multi city, in the week of the first event.) 
• Advances are non-refundable.
• The organizers will provide access to credit card machines for all stalls, on which 5% service charges are applicable. Bank Details and accounting must be coordinated prior to the event. 
• As per government norms, we will be accepting only new currency in case of all cash transactions. A service tax will be applicable on the same.

The signing of the contract to exhibit implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions mentioned above. It should be noted that in the event of any dispute as to the interpretation of these terms and conditions, the decision of the organizer should be final.
